Flavored Water

I've never been a big water drinker. Like everyone
else I know it's an important part of staying healthy,
but I just don't like the taste of water. To help get
myself in the habit of drinking water throughout the
day I began adding an ounce of Hawaiian Blend concentrate
to my glass filling the rest with water. It's funny,
just a hint of flavor has really helped make water a
part of my daily routine. I still have a way to go,
but I'm up to four or five glasses of flavored water
a day. I'm trying to loose a few pounds and drinking
the flavored water has helped to curb my appetite.
After a few weeks of using the Hawaiian Blend it began
to be a little too sweet so I switched to the Creamed.
